In autumn 2013 for the innovative company from the electronic branch Lan Projekt designs, delivers and implements new IT environment based on Windows 2012 Standard Server as a single/sole company server. Both workstations and mobile devices like MacBooks and iPads are attached to the network . The system is expected to provide for domain controller, file and print server, database and application server for ERP class software and secure access from the internet. Additional part of the solution comprises the automatic backup and wireless LANs. The WiFi part is divided into two separate and excluding networks: one for company employees with restricted access to local resources and the second one with public access to the internet for visitors. Company resources are accessible from the internet via virtual private network (VPN) providing required security.
